      • Finally, a success message upon completion ends the process and displays an 'Access group' button
    • If not signed-in, the user is guided through a 2-step process of registration / login and an automatic join of the selected public group
      • A group rollup card initiates the process through a Join Group button
      • A page about the group is displayed for the user with another Join button
      • The user is prompted to register /sign in and the flow continues in the background with the Join operation
      • Finally, a success message upon completion ends the process and displays an 'Access group' button.
  • Committee Support: Email and Copy all Members
    • Ability for members to email all members in a group by clicking an email icon
      • Automatic launch of the email client with all group member emails
        • Workaround if number of emails is tool large for the browser to handle consists of disabling the email all members icon and enabling Copy to Clipboard; the user can then create an email manually with the copied list of emails
      • Ability for members to copy all member emails to clipboard. Useful if calendar invites need to be refreshed with the latest group membership for example.

Publisher

    • A common block on all Publisher generated pages (content, join, member pages)
    • Facilitates metadata management for all Publisher pages.
