EUM is committed to supporting the ongoing success of our global customer base. For clients with licenses that support up to 1,000 users or more, the subscription includes a range of support services including troubleshooting email support, one hands-on upgrade of product instance per year, a pool of hours for Subject Matter Expert access, and quarterly health checks.
Support calls will be taken within normal office hours (9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday EST) but our aim is to be flexible. We will respond by phone or email within 4 business hours acknowledging request for support and outlining next steps or missing information for resolution.
